How do I track my order?

Upon check-out, your order will go through the following status until you have picked it up or received it via same day delivery:

• To Pay. Your order is prepaid (non-COD), and payment is not yet confirmed or failed with your selected payment method. 
• To Pick/To Ship. Your order has been successfully received by the merchant and is being prepared for pick up and/or delivery.
• To Receive. Your order has been prepared, and is either ready for pick up by you (pick-up orders), or by the courier (delivery orders). 
• Completed. Your order has been successfully picked up or successfully delivered.

• Cancelled. Your order or part of your order has been cancelled by you or by the merchant (out of stock), and you will be refunded by our customer support team.
