What should I do if I fail to pick up my order within the day?

You are given 7 days from purchase date to pick up your order from the merchant store. Beyond this period, the merchant may opt to cancel and refund your order.

Please contact the ZingMall Customer Service if you know that you won’t be able to pick up the order within the grace period.
