What should I do if I’m not available when the package arrives?

You may authorize someone to receive the order on your behalf. He must provide the following to the courier:

1. Authorization Letter
2. Copy of your valid ID
3. Authorized representative’s valid ID
4. Order Number
5. Payment (if order is COD)
